Auto F5 reload window

Reloads (aka refreshs) a webpage after a certian time. Config menu with "Shift + T". Autodetects language: English, German, Spanish and Dutch

Stop auto refresh? Can this script be used to stop a page's auto refreshing? I'm primarily looking for something that will nullify remote server refreshing. Thanks.

How exactly to enter config menu? So I am really super new to greasemonkey. I see the script in greasemonkey, but Shift+T does not do anything. Am I supposed to just type Shift+T in Firefox or a...
