Okay. For now, you can have the script run on the website by adding a "user include". The steps for this are a little different with each of the extensions. For example, on ViolentMonkey, when you view the code, there is a second tab called Settings. Here you can add sites by using the similar pattern:
But I just noticed in testing that there's a bug on both this site and regular DDG with unblocking a currently blocked domain in the page. So... more stuff to fix.
Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I had already included safe.duckduckgo.com using "user include" on Tampermonkey, but it keeps getting wiped out on every update. It will be a great help if you introduce this in your next update.

Duckduckgo offers safe.duckduckgo.com which restricts violent or adult search results among other things. The format of the webpages is the same as duckduckgo.com. Please add safe.duckduckgo.com to the list of supported websites.
