Notion.so Colored Checklist with No Strikethrough

This script prevents Notion from adding a strikethrough style to checked items in a todo list, while retaining any custom text colors.

Notion automatically adds a strikethrough styling to checked items in a todo list, which makes the items harder to read.

This script removes the strikethrough styling from checked items, while also enabling any custom colors applied to the item.

It's based off of this [script](https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/379011-notion-so-clean-todo-lists-no-strikethrough-or-fading) but extended to allow colored items.
