Filters out multiple tags

Fixed the entire script, lol. Needed to just use GM.xmlhttpRequest to get around CORS instead of using a third party domain and kepe retrying failed 429 requests (rate limiting who?)
Updated repl endpoint because repl is stupid and changed how their hosting links work :/
Tags are also converted to lowercase for testing
Reloads the page after inputting tags
