ReadM Larger Thumbnails by Sapioit

Makes the thumbnails more visible by making them bigger, the text selectable, adds the code all-pages to most links, and improves/replaces the pagination.

Pasable The script does not work. Tampermonkey does not have it show up as running or even an option to enable/disable then going on the site. Though the script is added to the tampermonkey dashboard.
