The regex should end on .* to allow for URLs where tbm=isch is the last parameter. Also, the question mark starting the query string should be escaped, otherwise you're just saying "it can be eith...

Pasable It started mishbehaving again. Probably Google changed their code? Well, suddenly there are white borders around the images and the links under the images open in a new tab, not in the same page...
