Twitch: Theatre root height override (observer only)

Overrides html/body/#root height only while Theatre mode is enabled (no polling).

Script that turns off "height: 100%;" on twitch.tv, when you enter theatre mode and turns it on when you leave it.

This fixes nvidia's RTX Video Enhancement Super Resolution not working properly while in said mode.
