This script is for replying to user requests the goal is to speed up and simplify the process. Thanks to Chat Jumper and URO+!

When combined with URO+ to filter requests you can make pretty quick work of the User Requests.
Note: Holding the mouse over any of the items will show tool tips describing the function or displaying the text to be used.
For the URO preset filters to work URO+ must be installed. These filters will show user requests with
“New URs / URs with replies”
“4 day follow ups”
“7 days old that need closing”
“URO+ clear all UR filters”

In order for the comment to work properly you must have a user request open and the reply box visible.
Until you click on a comment in the list nothing will happen. After clicking on a comment depending on your settings the UR status might be set and then the reply comment will be filled in.
For the rest of the settings to be applied you must click a comment in the list or the script will ignore the user request and not apply any of the options. After you click a comment and then click send the, auto save, auto close, auto reload map, and auto zoom out will be applied.
Zoom Out: this will click the zoom out button 10 times. Currently there is a delay after clicking before zooming out; I think it is because I am clicking the button to fast.
Add Instructions to the 4 day Follow Up: Adds Reply Instructions to each 4 day reply including a link to the user request with the UR layer enabled. (The link Waze sends doesn’t have the layers enabled and people have a hard time figuring it out) NOTE the 4 day reminder link will be taken from your current map view and zoom. So center the pin and set a zoom that makes sense also try to only show one pin before clicking 4 day reminder comment!
Auto Click Open, Solved, Not Identified: Suppress the message about recent pending questions to the reporter and then depending on the choice set for that comment Clicks Open, Solved, Not Identified.
Auto Save UR After Comment: If Auto Click Open, Solved, Not Identified is also checked, this option will click the save button after clicking on a UR-Comment and then the send button.
Auto Close Comment: For the user requests that do not require saving this will close the user request after clicking on a UR-Comment and then the send button.
Auto Reload map After Comment: Reloads the map after clicking on a UR-Comment and then send button. This forces URO+ to re-apply the chosen URO filters. Currently this does not apply to any messages that get saved. Since saving automatically reloads the map.
Auto Zoom Out After Comment: Zooms the map all the way out after clicking on a UR-Comment then clicking send.
