Overview

Pinterest Mass Deleter is a user-friendly Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey script designed to help users efficiently manage their Pinterest boards. It allows mass deletion of pins with a clean, modern interface, saving time compared to manually deleting each pin one by one.

Features

1. Selection Mode

  • Toggle easily between normal browsing and selection mode.
  • Click on any pin to select or deselect it. Selected pins are highlighted with a red outline.
  • Real-time counter shows the number of selected pins.

2. Deletion with Progress Bar

  • Delete all selected pins at once.
  • Sleek, fixed progress bar at the top of the page shows deletion progress with numeric counter.
  • Page automatically reloads after all selected pins are deleted.

3. Modern Sidebar UI

  • Floating panel on the right side of the page with rounded corners, shadow, and modern design.
  • Buttons clearly labeled for toggling selection mode and deleting selected pins.
  • Panel is persistent and automatically recreated if removed from the DOM.

4. Secure and Reliable

  • Uses Pinterest’s CSRF token to safely perform deletion requests.
  • Logs failed deletions and continues deleting other pins.

5. Automatic Updates and Observers

  • Script monitors the page to ensure the panel remains available, even during dynamic content loading.

Installation Instructions

  1. Install Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey in your browser.
  2. Create a new script and paste the Pinterest Mass Deleter code.
  3. Navigate to Pinterest and activate the panel.
  4. Toggle selection mode, select pins, and delete with the progress tracker.

Important Notes

  • Make sure you are logged in to Pinterest before using the script.
  • Deletions are irreversible. Use caution when selecting multiple pins.
  • The script relies on Pinterest’s internal API and may require updates if Pinterest changes its platform.
