Telegram 繁體中文化 UI ( 網頁版 )

由於網頁版的Telegram無法套用語言包的連結，像手機和電腦版的點擊中文語言包連結就可以套用，
然後UI介面全部是英文又看不懂，右鍵翻譯也無法翻譯，於是只好休閒時候自己建立網頁專用的繁體化中文包，
腳本靠GPT-4o建立，部分英文設定靠截圖，然後使用Google Keep上傳圖片擷取圖片的文字，再透過Google翻譯，
有部分沒有翻到，但日常使用上是沒問題的，對不懂英文的語言的人來說方便設定。
