- Remove "Popular on Pinterest" search suggestions
- Remove "Holiday Finds" from nav tab at the top of home page / search results

Removed a few more shopping banners: from the bottom of boards and the top of search results

Add feature to remove comments from next to Pins

• Bug fix - fix null pointer exception that could prevent "Shop" button from being removed at the top of boards if it was not loaded yet

Remove anti-Adblock modal. Because this is done with a MutationObserver, you may see it briefly flash before it is removed. Long term, I hope to override the JavaScript itself to catch the modal before it is added to the DOM.
