Planets.nu gravitonic connections

Shows paths between planets that can be reached by gravitonic and hyperjump connections

  • v3.0 (2019) 2019-08-01 Improvements to Version 3: 1. This version includes connections that can be reached via "inexact" movement (i.e., movement where you don't end up at your waypoint) The inexact movement displacements are partly taken from Reuther's document and partly taken from new calculations using the Nu client source code. 2. These "inexact" connections are shown in purple. 3. The W9Connect tool now shows "regular" connections (i.e. the same ones shown by the Nu client) in gray and "hidden" connections in a
  • v2.1 (2018) 2018-10-09 Updated to work with mobile.planets.nu
  • v2.0 (2018) 2018-08-02 Line weight fix and cosmetic changes suggested by McNimble
  • v1.3 2014-09-30 Includes a W9Connect tool, which is an improved version of the "Connections" tool that uses an algorithm similar to GravConnect. If you don't want to show all these tools on your menu, then you can disable them on lines 28-30.
  • v1.2 2014-09-25 New version 1.2. Has an experimental HYPConnect tool that draws connections between planets that can be reached by hyperjump in one turn. The tool draws a connection between planets that can either be reached directly, or by jumping into a warp well position that will result in the ship being sucked to the planet (i.e., all warp well position except the four farthest from the planet). NOTE: In this version, neither GravConnect or HYPConnect consider the fact that planetoids have no warp wells.
  • v1.1 2014-09-13 If the distance is close, it checks to see if individual points in the warpwell can be reached exactly.
  • v1.0 2014-09-13
