Adds some QoL features, such as always showing kill count, green health bar, etc

Version 1 additions:
Green health bar that turns more red as health goes down until 25% which it will then flash red and black
All sliders in setting now increment by 1 instead of 10 or 5
Kill count always shows, even when map is closed
