BOSS - bookmark.os saver script

Adds a shortcut to bookmark the current page with bookmark.os <https://bookmarkos.com/help/basics>. CTRL + ALT + ']' opens a pop-up to bookmark the current page, CTRL + ALT + '[' shows all bookmarks in a new tab.
