Adds hotkeys to go to UR-MP and URC-E

Opens script panel first then clicks button
Update to open script panel before attempting to open UR-MP. Fixes issue where UR-MP hotkey didn't work when edit panel was open.
Thanks to dbsooner for finding way to click UR-MP no matter where it is in the tab stack.
