+ 【重點功能】點擊職務說明區域，將會使用懸浮預覽，點擊左方空白處可關閉預覽視窗
> 點擊職務名稱或公司 則照官方原本設計，開啟新視窗
> 適用迷你版，可以把瀏覽器縮小大小，放在角落使用


開發備註：
本來動作是放在on load裡，但等104完全載入實在太慢，故設計成點了直接執行
