Made compatible with MusicBrainz Bandcamp importer script with more specific artist name element querying.Shifted the title string starting position to the start of the album title so the immediate change from paused to playing state is less jarring.
Scrolling works better with non-breakable spaces
Added WinAmp style per-character scrolling. It really should be optional but oh, well.
