Confirm that. This is a sneaky manipulation of discord. Even if you save the sticker as a gif, in the preview it is animated, but after sending the message the picture is static. It seems to me that stickers are not stored in gif format, they have their own image format, which discord does not allow to send as a message. I have no idea how to solve this yet
Yeah, I don't think it's possible to fix this unless someone is going to host animated stickers as gifs..
