Does this really give free items?

No, it does not. This does make prices show as Free, but you cannot actually own them.

So, what is it for?

Just to troll your friends, and make people think you can get anything for free.

How do I use it?

Just simply open the Avatar Shop and choose something that costs Robux, then click Buy.
