Yes it is possible with VPN type browser extensions (Hola Free VPN Proxy Unblocker, astar vpn, Betternet Unlimited VPN, ...). For its to work you must (disconnect if you already have a free account) change ip with the vpn for each new download.
I installed it but I made a download and the next I have to wait for time.
Any solution?
