New user AliExpress coupon popup closer.

This just closes the AliExpress coupon popup that happens on every page load while a user is not logged in.

NO LONGER WORKING. I may fix it later.

This just closes the AliExpress coupon popup that happens on every page load while a user is not logged in. I personally don't always want to login to the website to browse it and the coupon popup is so annoying to me.

Note: After making this I realized the coupon pops up so often for me because I'm blocking third party cookies. So if you don't mind allowing third party cookies, then this is not needed. Alternatively you can allow alicdn.com.
