Link back from RoyalMail Click&Drop to eBay's new order numbering system - column CHANNEL REFERENCE in Click&Drop will be highlighted in light green and order number will be converted to a clickable link to eBay.
Requires extra page reload everytime you open Click&Drop page.

Added support for Amazon and Etsy.

Fixed "no wrap" for order numbers in FireFox.
