Well, that depends on what you want to do with it, the different options serve different goals.
I recommend you grab either nova or beta, then export to IDM and download it with that. The .bat file KGrabber produces automatically queues the episodes for download.
(Note that when using nova, you have to click on "get direct links" after grabbing)
