Community requested features for the tabs on your MH profile.

This script brings community requested features to the tabs on your MH profile. Currently, the king's crowns and item tabs are supported. Below are listed the features available
King's Crowns:
1) Locking your favorite crowns so you don't accidentally change them
2) A summary of your crown total along with your rank based on the scoreboards form the MH community groups. This text links to the group scoreboards
3) "Copy Crowns to Clipboard" button that copies all of your mouse catches (of at least 1 catch) to the clipboard for easy pasting in excel/google sheets.
The old LE Items script (https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/379323-mh-le-item-filter) has been made obsolete and can be removed in favor of this script
Items:
Your collected and uncollected items have been rearranged to have more detail for which items you actually own currently vs the ones you have owned in the past but no longer.
