30fps and 60fps display is not accurate

I passed extensions locked h264ify also shields the 60fps to test, through the details to see (136) is actually h264ify of 720p30fps

Isn't it better to know the original framerate of the video?

What I understand is that this script will display the information when playing. If there is a better resolution, it will display the + sign

That is a known issue - as already mentioned in the script notes.

For videos which have 60fps and/or HDR video qualities, the listed available video qualities only includes the highest quality ones. The video player may present a lower video quality depending on the network speed, web browser capability, and user account setting.

In your case, YouTube doesn't provide any 60fps version of the video. In my system, it look like these.

While the script can know that there's normal and 60fps (or HDR) version of a video, it is not yet able to know whether YouTube provide the 60fps/HDR videos as options to user or not.
