Opens full sized images in the lightbox on any diaspora pod

One of the most requested features for any diaspora pod is the display of larger pictures in the lightbox that opens when you click on an image that was uploaded to a post. This Tampermonkey script does just this.

Tested with Tampermonkey for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge
