个人用户脚本中所需要的公共函数，例如字符串是否包含子串、数组是否含有某元素、id是否存在、保存图片、动态加载css和js、获取查询参数等。
PS：如果使用保存图片函数，请先在元属性部分加上// @require https://cdn.bootcss.com/FileSaver.js/1.3.2/FileSaver.min.js，之后再引入本库。
