This script needs AD block extension running to work. This script can remove the ads which avoiding or requesting you to stop blocking them. Just it.
ok i removed it with a feature in adguard that allows me to block an element on the page, so it's adds the user rules and removed the anti-adblock overlay for me. Took me awhile to remember this exists haha
Please update to V1.9.31 which addresses this problem.

i'm using adguard on ios with 11 filters switched on, one of which stated that it removes anti-adblock warning but doesn't seems to work. Here the link to the filter too if you're interested:

i would try uBlock Origin too but doesn't seems it's existed on ios
