Adds features to YouTube player page: fill window with video, stretch, float video, set HD 4K 8K resolution, hide annotations and ads, click skip ads, click show more, loop, replay a video segment, pause at start/end, zoom and pan video.

Since the script works in all of my browser instances, I can suspect two possible causes:
1. Another userscript is interfering. I have noticed that video download userscripts make the cog disappear.
2. YouTube is changing its layout and different regions of the world have different layouts. In this case I will do the change as soon as I observe the new format.
In any case, if I can fix it I will do so as soon as possible.
