After installation:
- use a local html file btsearch.html containing the code <!DOCTYPE html>
- OR follow to https://blacknuller.github.io/btsearch.html. Be aware, that using blacknuller.github.io you pass this referrer to a tracker every time you click its link. Some trackers may even show errors (like bB and DS) or worse. To avoid it, switch to a local file and, for some cases, use a browser add-on for referrer control. I recommend using the Github host along with private trackers only for a test drive.

To use a local file:
- In Firefox, open about:config and change greasemonkey.fileIsGreaseable to true.
- In Chrome, open Settings -> Extensions, and enable the option Allow access to file URLs for Tampermonkey.
Same goes for their forks.

Hints

- To clear the page, clear the search input twice.

- The script uses HTTPS everywhere possible. If a source reports a host error, click on its icon in the message and check, if there is a browser message about invalid certificate preventing the page from loading. If the issue is non-critical, like an expired certificate, you can add it to exceptions.

- Movies support years in queries, tv shows support resolutions.

- Supports OpenSearch, you can add the search plugins to your FF. Local files aren't allowed, therefore they point to the Github host.

- Using RuTracker along with https://blacknuller.github.io/, you may get warnings from browser before torrent download. Switch to the regular HTTP page http://blacknuller.github.io/ or a local file to prevent them. Also, there is a new tab flashing before this - it's the simplest workaround to trick RuTracker's referrer check, nothing can be done with that at the moment.

Known issues

- Cyrillic queries don't work on BlueBird.
