I found minor update of YouTube preventing the script from adding rating bars.
This update might have been adopted gradually for users, I think.
Anyway, I updated the script and hope it works on your Opera.

I tested on:
Firefox 68.0 with Tampermonkey 4.9.5941 on Windows
Chrome 75.0.3770.100 with Tampermonkey v4.8.41 on Mac
and works fine.
It just redesigns user pages.

Oops, it might be a misunderstanding. I'm saying YES for wyn665817's opinion.
I mean, "the problem of abandoned feedbacks is not only making the feedback system useless, but also making script ratings unreliable".
It doesn't matter on downloading time for user script because it's only once for downloading to local.
Parsing and compiling performance may be faster, but is it valuable on 10ms to 5ms ?
