Collects panda's for you at a certain cycle instead of timers. Lot of organizing of panda's and grouping them together to start and stop them at once.

HelpI have downloaded The Panda Crazy and Panda crazy helper. When I go to the Panda crazy homepage I only get a message "loading settings in memory". And thats it. Nothing else. I have no idea what I am doing wrong
