Install Counter

My script seems to be stuck at one and I know it has more than one install.

Are there any bugs with the install counter or does is have some unusual algorithm to figure out the installs?

Only people who click the green install button on your script count as installs. They need to have JS enabled on Greasy Fork for it to work. A single IP only counts once per day, and the numbers are refreshed once per hour.

So automatic update does not count?

Of course not, that's not an install.

I was thinking that new installed versions would count.

Nope, just the initial install on the site counts.
