This adds the City Online Status Colorer to Maelstrom Tools and enables you to see the online-status of alliance-member in a wink of an eye

* Showing RED basename when player is OFFLINE
* Showing ORANGE basename when player is AWAY
* Showing GREEN basename when player is ONLINE
