测试了几本小说都是可以的，初步判断是因为火狐上的 Greasemonkey 一些api变动的原因。
可以临时将脚本管理器替换为 Tampermonkey 或 Violentmonkey

回滚到2.2.3，还是无效，38 ESR/32，GM 3.11
到Chrome 60/32，TM 4.4，一切正常
