Insert User Details into the Custom Tab URLS

This is a first cut at a Script that will pull the user details from the https://dashboard.tawk.to client and insert them into custom parameters in the custom tabs that can be setup in the Tawk.to client.
This is intended to enable a very simplistic custom CRM integration.
Just setup your Custom Tabs URL as follows: https://example.com/crm.php?s=($email$)
And this script will replace the string ($email$) with the email address of the current user.
Right now the only parameter it replaces is: ($email$)
