Adds handy functionality to TFS 2017

  • v1.11.1 2017-02-01 Fix format of the url that's copied from the Link button. Remove debugging message.

  • v1.10.0 2016-11-18 Big overhaul for 2017. Not a complete rewrite, though. Lots of stripped code.
