Tiberium Alliances Extension : Change Simulator GUI Elements positions

Script-integrity-check after 16.1 server-patch-update : Pass

This is a script intended to improve gameplay.
It moves the "(De)activate units" button back to it's original position (as in TABS V2 sim).
