Various tweaks for the linustechtips.com forums
A userscript that makes various unofficial tweaks to LinusTechTips.com, the technology forum run by Linus Media Group (LMG).
May also work on other forums using software by InvisionCommunity (who I am, once again, unaffiliated with), but I have not tried it.
Currently the following is available:
By default, GIF profile picture removal is off and rank information adjustments are on, as this is what I anticipate most users will want. This can be changed by modifying the CONF object at the top of the script. In a future update I intend to make this more user-friendly by storing the settings in local storage and providing an interface to edit them.
The icon that replaces GIF profile pictures is from the Bootstrap icon set.
IMPORTANT: I am not affiliated with Linus Media Group or Linus Tech Tips and this script is not endorsed by them in any way. Please note that their names are used purely to describe the site this userscript has been designed to work with - there is no involvement from anyone at Linus Media Group or the Linus Tech Tips forums.
