Automatically 'closing' the following characters in the chat input area: ", *, [, (, or {. Script use at https://www.dreadcast.net/Main.
When using one of the following characters ", *, [, (, or {, it will automatically complete it, respectively, with ", *, ], ), or }. This feature also work with already selected text. So, you can select a piece of text and surround it quickly by taping once one of the previous characters.
For now, this script has only been tested with Firefox 68 and TamperMonkey. It is not guaranteed to work with another web browser or another script manager. Be careful if you use another script that modify the same field that this script, they could interfere with each other.
