Fixed an issue where clicking video chapter timestamps opened a new tab.
Chapter links are now ignored so they behave normally.

– Shorts now open in a new tab as well, like those in the Trending Shorts category.
– Fixed namespace, now set to http://tampermonkey.net/.

– Fix: no longer opens the video in a new tab when clicking “Watch Later” or “Add to queue” buttons on thumbnails.
– Improved compatibility with YouTube’s homepage.
