This script suppresses the following youtube's features: 
* changing playback rate with shift + <>
* 2x while holding left mouse button/space

Hotkeys:

ctrl + ← →
mouse wheel up/down (the cursor have be over the speed buttons)
- switch between speed buttons one by one

delete
mouse wheel button (only when the cursor is over the video player)
- switch between x1 and last used speed

animated preview⬇️ (doesn't exactly match at this point, there are some insignificant changes, but i'm too lazy to update it each time i make changes)
