Edit the config section at the top of the script to set your blacklists.

Note that since your config is part of the script's code, it will be clobbered whenever the script is updated or uninstalled. That may happen unexpectedly if your userscript manager has auto-update enabled. You should maintain a backup of your config in a separate file.
